Erickson of Wisdom Arabians of Salem Oregon was notified by the
photographer that she had not received written permission nor was
authorized to use my photograph of the stallion ECHSCALIBRE
in a web
advertisement for breedings to this stallion. The parties have since
refused to remove the photo from their web ad even after a reasonable
request and resolution was presented.
This is
to notify all that Exclusive advertisement rights for my photos of
